Service Center
Our service center has extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of sauna and SPA equipment, as well as sauna structures and related
components.
We provide warranty service for sauna equipment and products supplied by our company on behalf of official suppliers and manufacturers, in
accordance with their respective warranty terms and conditions.
Warranty Obligations
We supply only official and certified products. All products are covered by warranty terms established by the respective manufacturer or supplier.
In the event of a warranty claim, you may contact us directly. You are not required to independently contact the manufacturer or third parties. We will
manage all communications and warranty procedures on your behalf within the scope of the applicable warranty terms.
The duration and scope of warranty coverage may vary depending on the specific equipment, product, or completed installation works.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to equipment, sauna structures, components, or installation works in the following cases:
• Mechanical damage, including but not limited to cracks, dents, deformation, damage to glass, wood, cladding, housings, or other
structural elements resulting from impact, improper handling, or external forces.
• Damage caused by fire, water exposure, natural disasters, electrical surges, short circuits, flooding, or other external environmental or
household factors.
• Defects resulting from improper installation, misuse, improper storage, improper connection to power supply, or failure to follow
manufacturer instructions.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized modification, alteration, repair, disassembly, or intervention by any party other than an
authorized service provider.
• Normal wear and tear of components with a naturally limited service life, including but not limited to power cables, connectors, seals,
lamps, heating elements, wooden surfaces, fittings, and other consumable or wear-prone parts.
• Equipment or products not purchased directly from our company or from an authorized supplier.
• Defects resulting from lack of proper maintenance, inadequate servicing, or operation under conditions inconsistent with technical
specifications.
Detailed warranty terms, including applicable warranty periods, procedures for submitting claims, and specific exclusions, are available upon request and are provided at the time of contract execution or purchase.
